POOL RULES � APRIL 12, 2002
1. There are no lifeguards at either pool so please be mindful of your personal safety and that of your guests or children.
2. Swimming pools are for the private use of homeowners, residents, and occasional guests. Guests are limited to two (2) per household unless additional guests are approved in advance by the property manager/Board of Directors.
3. Pool facilities are provided for the enjoyment of all, so please be courteous and respect the rights of others with whom you share the use of the pools.
4. All persons are required to identify themselves, their address, and to display their key if requested to do so by any member, enforcement service, or other authority.
5. All persons using the pools shall wear appropriate swimming attire.
6. Guests are not allowed the use of any recreational facility unless the homeowner/resident is present.
7. Guests will be asked to vacate the pools if over-crowding occurs.
8. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the pools without adult supervision. An adult is a minimum of 16 years old.
9. All infants and children that are not completely �potty-trained� must wear waterproof swim diapers specifically designed for pool use. Violation of this rule may result in suspension of pool privileges, fines, and/or liability for costs incurred in returning the pool water to health department standards.
10. Running, rough games, tossing someone in, or into, the water, or any other unsafe acts are prohibited in pool areas.
11. No bicycles, tricycles, skates or any type of under water breathing apparatus are allowed at any time.
12. No pets of any type are permitted in pool areas.
13. Noise levels, including noise from children, must be kept to a minimum at all times, and radios, etc. are allowed only if used with personal earphones.
14. Flotation devices are permitted if pool is not crowded, and they do not interfere with the pleasure of others.
15. All glass containers are forbidden.
16. All members are expected to obey and enforce these rules.
17. Violations may result in fines and/or loss of pool privileges.
